เรื่องย่อ
กล่าวถึงนักเรียนชาย ชินอิจิโร่ ผู้ที่ต้องการหางานทำเพื่อจ่ายค่าเช่าห้อง อาจารย์สาวจึงได้แนะนำงานให้เขามาเป็นคนเฝ้าบ้านหลัง หนึ่ง ซึ่งเจ้าของคฤหาสน์ที่เป็นนายจ้างเขา คือ ชิมัตสึ ซากุยะ เด็กสาวรุ่นเดียวกับเขาที่เป็นหัวหน้าตระกูลชิมัตซึ รุ่นที่ 37 ซึ่งมีหน้าที่ในการขับไล่และกำจัดพวกปีศาจร้าย ด้านชินอิจิโร่ที่เพิ่งมาถึงคฤหาสน์ครั้งแรกยังถูกหล อกให้ปล่อยปีศาจตนหนึ่ง ให้หลุดออกมา ทำให้เขาต้องร่วมมือกับซากุยะจับปีศาจตนนี้ เรื่องราวการตามล่าปีศาจร้ายที่เต็มไปด้วยแอ็คชั่น และความสยิวจึงเริ่มขึ้น
