เรื่องย่อ
ภาคย้อนเรื่องราวในอดีตของหมอปีศาจ สุดยอดการ์ตูนของปรมาจาร์ยแห่งวงการการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่น อาจารย์เท็ตซึกะ โอซามุ ซึ่งแม้จะล่วงลับไปแล้ว แต่ก็ยังมีผลงานการ์ตูนดีๆมากมายเหลือให้ชนรุ่นหลัง และยังมีนักวาดการ์ตูนรุ่นใหม่มาสืบทอดผลงานอีกด้วย ซึ่ง Young Black Jack เป็นผลงานของ ยูโก-โอคุมะ และ โยชิอากิ ทาบาตะ ที่ช่วยกันวาดเป็นภาคย้อนความให้แฟนๆการ์ตูนเรื่องนี ้ได้อ่านกันเพิ่มเติม
และในหนังสือการ์ตูน Young Black Jack ฉบับรวมเล่ม เล่มที่ 8 และนิตยสาร Young Champion Magazine นั้นก็มีประกาศว่า Young Black Jack ได้นำมาทำเป็นอนิเมชั่นให้ชมกันด้วยแล้ว มีกำหนดฉายในช่วงซีซั่นสุดท้ายของปี 2015 หรือก็คือเริ่มฉายต้นเดือนตุลาคม 2015 นั่นเอง ฉายทางช่อง TBS และ BS-TBS
Black Jack เป็นเรื่องราวของหมอศัลยแพทช์ที่มีฝีมือระดับอัจฉริย ะ แต่เขาเป็นหมอเถื่อนเนื่องจากไม่มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพ และยังเรียกค่ารักษาแพงๆจากผู้ป่วย ทำให้เขาได้รับฉายาว่า "หมอปีศาจ" ซึ่งสาเหตุที่เขาต้องเรียกเก็บเงินค่ารักษาแพงๆนั้น จริงๆแล้วมีสาเหตุเพราะเขาต้องการเก็บเงินไปทำอะไรบา งอย่าง แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม Black Jack ก็จะดูเจตนารมณ์และฐานะของผู้ป่วยด้วย ซึ่งบางทีเขาก็ไม่คิดค่ารักษาเป็นเงินราคาแพง แต่ขอเป็นอย่างอื่นแทน
Young Black Jack เป็นภาคย้อนเรื่องราวไปสมัยที่ Black Jack ยังหนุ่ม ตอนที่ยังเป็นนักศึกษาแพทย์ ที่จะทำให้เราได้ทราบประวัติและอดีตของเขามากขึ้น
