เรื่องย่อ:
ลุยบ้าเลือดเป็นหนังแนวตำรวจจับผู้ร้าย ดอนนี่ เย็นเล่นเป็นตำรวจชื่อมาจง ซึ่งเป็นชื่อเดียวกับตัวละครใน(แต่ทางผู้สร้างบอกว่า คนล่ะคนกัน เรื่องนี้ไม่ใช่ภาคก่อนของ S.P.L แต่อย่างใด) แต่ถึงจะคนล่ะชื่อ แต่นิสัยก็ไม่ต่างกัน คือเป็นตำรวจบ้าระห่ำ และเลือดเดือด ไล่ล่าผู้ร้ายแบบถึงลูกถึงคน เขาแท็คทีมกับวิลสัน เพื่อนคู่หู (กู่เทียนเล่อ) ที่ฝ่ายหลังปลอมเป็นสายแฝงตัวในหมู่ของเหล่าร้าย เขาเข้า ถึงตัวของโทนี่ (โคลิน เชา) และแก็งค์ ที่ก่ออาชญากรรมสารพัด ตำรวจสามารถจับตัวพี่ชายของโทนี่ได้ โทนี่ที่พยายามอยู่เหนือกฎหมาย ได้เก็บพยานทุกคน และเป้าหมายสุดท้ายของเขาก็คือ การบีบให้วิลสันกับคำให้การ โดยแลกกับชีวิตของแฟนสาวของวิลสัน แต่โทนี่ไม่ได้ต้องการแค่นั้นแต่ต้องการชีวิตของคนทร ยศอย่างวิลสันด้วย ทำให้มาจง ต้องเข้ามาจัดการเรื่องทั้งหมดและปราบคนร้ายด้วยวิธี ที่ถึงเลือดถึงเนื้อ Flash Point
