Gintama (2017) กินทามะ ซามูไร เพี้ยนสารพัด ภาพยนตร์ Live Action สิ้นสุดการรอคอย สร้างจากมังงะสุดฮิตไปทั่วโลก เรื่องราวในโลกสมมุติในเมืองเอโดะ ที่มนุษย์ดาวอื่นที่เรียกกันว่า “ชาวชาวสวรรค์” มาตั้งรกราก ออกคำสั่งริบยศถาบรรดาศักดิ์และยึดดาบของซามูไรไป รวมทั้งบัญญัติกฎหมายห้ามนำอาวุธทุกสิ่ง ทำให้สมัยเจริญของซามูไรได้สิ้นสุดลง ชาวสรวงสวรรค์ได้มีอำนาจเหนือเอโดะเพิ่มมากขึ้น แม้กระนั้น “ซากาตะ รับประทานโทกิ” (สวมบทโดย โอกุริ ชุน) ทหารซามูไรต้านชาวสรวงสวรรค์ สมญานาม “ชิโร่ยาฉะ” ที่ยังถือมั่นในจิตวิญญาณของซามูไร แม้กระนั้นช่วงแปรไป ทำให้ตอนนี้เปิดร้านรับจ้างสารพัน ดำเนินงานทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างตามคำร้องขอ แลกเปลี่ยนกับเศษเงินที่ได้จากงานรับจ้าง มีผู้ช่วยเป็น ชิมูระ คุ้นชินขว้างจิ (รับบทบาทโดย สุดะ มาซากิ) ชายหนุ่มแว่นสถานที่ทำงานเพื่อทำความเข้าใจจิตวิญญาณ ของซามูไร รวมทั้ง คางุระ (สวมบทบาทโดย คันนะ ฮาชิโมโตะ) เด็กสาวชาวสรวงสวรรค์เผ่ายาโตะ ผู้มีแรงช้างสาร ทั้งยังสามปฏิบัติงานรับจ้างเพื่อหารายได้มาจ่ายค่าเ ช่าบ้านรวมทั้งเลี้ยงชีวิตในยุคมืดของซามูไรที่เต็มไ ปด้วยสีสัน
