ในตอนนี้เนื้อเรื่องคร่าวๆของหวงเฟยหง 2018 ที่ได้รับการเปิดเผยในเวลานี้ ก็จะเล่าเรื่องราวของ “น้าสิบสาม” ( แสดงโดย เหวยหนี ) ที่ไปเรียนวิชาแพทย์จากตะวันตกกลับมาที่จีน พร้อมกับอารยธรรม และการใช้ชีวิตแบบชาวตะวันตกติดมาด้วย และเธอมาพร้อมกับปัญหาความขัดแย้งที่ตามมาจากโลกตะวั นตก รวมไปถึงตัวหนังจะเจาะไปยังเรื่องราวการแพทย์ของอเมร ิกา และตะวันออกในเชิงเปรียบเทียบอีกด้วย
