Daddy Day Care (วันเดียว คุณพ่อขอเลี้ยง): ชาร์ลี (เอ็ดดี้ เมอร์ฟี่ย์) และ ฟิล (เจฟ การ์ลิน) ต่างวุ่นกับงานมาก จนกระทั่งไม่เคยได้สัมผัสถึงความสุขของคนที่เป็นพ่อก ับเขาบ้างเลย แต่ว่า หลังจากที่ทั้งสองคน ไม่สามารถทำให้ผู้บริโภครู้สึกตื่นเต้นกับสินค้าตัวใ หม่ของบริษัทได้ พวกเขาจึงถูกไล่ออกจากงาน

แต่ไม่นานนัก กิจการทั้งสองก็เติบโตขึ้นเรื่อยๆ และสามารถดึงเด็กๆ จากเนอสเซอรี่เดิม ที่มี กวินเน็ต แฮร์รีดาน เจ้าของเนอสเซอรี่จอมยะโสมดูแล มาได้หลายคนเลยทีเดียว เมื่อจำนวนเด็กๆ เพิ่มมากขึ้น พวกเขาจึงต้องรับเจ้าหน้าที่เลี้ยงเด็กคนใหม่ชื่อ มาร์วิน (สตีฟ ซาห์น) ที่ต่อมาก็สามารถเข้ากับลูกๆ ของเขาได้ในเวลาเพียงไม่นาน และตอนนี้หล่ะ ที่คุณพ่อทั้งสามต้องมาปะทะกับเจ้าของเนอสเซอรี่คู่แ ข่ง คุณนายกวินเน็ท จอมหยาบคาย
