Few Words for the people cant read or asking the same..let me be clear this iso can be used for people they dont want application of microsoft...
2) stop asking if you can reinstall the apps of msft you can t is impossible so stop asking...
3) no you cant install any other language except the main -english if you like download it and install it ...you can install the typing and hardwriting nothing more...
4) the microsoft edge is removed and defender is here.dont ask how remove or turn it back.
5) stop doing questions that make think twice stop doing that anymore....
6)Store is Removed Permantly you cant reinstall or bring back forget it is impossible as i know...

How install/burn iso
1) Download the iso burn it using rufus gpt or uefi if dosnt work try all the other options..
2) if dosnt work nothing remove .xml from the iso
3) be sure your flash drive is fat32 and not ntfs..
