เรื่องย่อ :
เรื่องราวเริ่มต้นเมื่อ โจวข่าย (หวังข่าย) เข้าไปมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับแก๊งลักลอบขนสินค้าผิดกฎหม าย และทำให้ถูกจับเข้าคุกด้วยน้ำมือของน้องชายแท้ๆ โจวเชา (หม่าเทียนหยู) ที่เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจปราบปรามคดียาเสพติด ในสามปีต่อมา หลังจาก โจวข่าย พ้นโทษ เขาคิดเริ่มต้นชีวิตใหม่ด้วยการกลับตัวเป็นคนดี อาหลุน (หวีอ๋ายเหล่ย) อดีตลูกน้องของเขาได้กลายเป็นหัวหน้าแก๊งค้ายาคนใหม่ และก็ต้องการข้อมูลลูกค้าต่างประเทศของโจวข่าย ทำให้เขาจำเป็นต้องร่วมมือกับตำรวจ เพื่อจับตัวอาหลุนเข้ารับโทษตามกฏหมาย สองพี่น้องสกุลโจวที่อยูู่คนละฝากของกฎหมายจึงต้องกล ับมาสามัคคีกันอีกครั้ง!!!
