เมื่อโชว์บ้านผีสิงที่เร่แสดงไปตามเมืองต่างๆมาถึงเม ืองแดนวิลล์ เพื่อนไฮสคูลทั้ง 4 คนก็อดใจแทบไม่ไหวที่จะได้สนุกกับความระทึกทั้งเหล่า อสุรกาย ซอมบี้ และภูติผีต่างๆที่ดูมีชีวิต รวมถึง ดร.ฮีสเทอเรีย และ ลีลิธผู้ช่วยของเขาต่างรู้ดีถึงวิธีที่จะหลอกให้กลัว จนเมื่อเบ็ธค้นพบว่าตู้ผีสิงที่วางอยู่หลังเวทีนั้นเ ป็นที่ใช้กักวิญญาณของเด็กวัยรุ่นที่หายตัวไป พวกเขาจึงต้องช่วยกันหาทางหยุดความชั่วร้ายนี้ ก่อนที่จะตกเป็นเหยื่อเสียเอง
