ลูกจ้างขี่มอไซค์ เจ้านายขี่ม้า
มาลิคเป็ผู้กำกับที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการถ่ายทอดบรรยาก าศ ฉากๆหนึ่ง เขาไม่ได้ถ่ายเพียงแค่ตัวละครที่ต้องออกแสดงในฉากนั้ น เขายังเก็บบรรยากาศที่ล้อมรอบตัวละครขณะนั้น นั่นหมายถึงทั้งภาพและเสียงที่ถูกบันทึกอย่างบรรจง แต่ก็ใช่ว่าเขาถ่ายเล่นๆ เพื่อให้หนังของเขาเป็นที่เพลิดเพลินสายตา เพราะสิ่งที่เขาถ่ายล้วนแล้วแต่มีความหมายแฝงเร้น สิงห์สาราสัตว์ สายน้ำที่ไหลริน สายลมที่พัดทุ่งหญ้า การละเล่นรอบกองไฟของเหล่าคนงาน ภาพเหล่านั้นถูกถ่ายทอดอย่างมีมิติ เสมือนว่าเราได้ไปมีส่วนร่วมกับตัวละคร ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่ภาพที่ตั้งอยู่ตรงหน้าเราที่กลวงเปล่า ระนาบเดียว
