ถือกำเนิดบริษัทใหม่ Wallace Corporation นำโดย ไนแอนเดอร์ วอลเลซ (รับบทโดย จาเร็ด เลโต) เข้ามาแทนที่ เขาได้ดีงเอาเทคโนโลยีของไทเรลมาผนวกกับวิสัยทัศน์ให ม่
และได้เริ่มผลิตมนุษย์เทียมรุ่น Nexus-9 ขึ้นมา พร้อมออกกฎให้ปราบปรามหุ่นรุ่นเก่าอันเป็นต้นเหตุของ การก่อกบฎให้หมดสิ้น
นั่นทำให้ เค (รับบทโดย ไรอัน กอสลิ่ง) เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจผู้เป็นมนุษย์เทียมที่มีหน้าที่ปราบ ปรามเหล่าหุ่นรุ่นเก่า เขาถูกเรียกว่า Blade Runner ได้ออกกวาดล้างมนุษย์เทียมรุ่น Nexus-8
จนไปพบกับมนุษย์เทียมชื่อ แซปเปอร์ มอร์ตัน (รับบทโดยเดฟ บาทิสต้า) ที่นั่นเขาเจอเบาะแสสุดสำคัญที่นำไปสู่ ริค เดคการ์ด (รับบทโดยแฮร์ริสัน ฟอร์ด)
ผู้กุมความลับที่จะเปลี่ยนโฉมหน้าของโลก และชีวิตของ เค ไปตลอดกาล!!!
