ตรงนี้ คือ การเลือกรูปแบบในการบีบอัดไฟล์คะ
แนะนำให้เลือก Standard ก็พอ
ถ้าเลือก High ไฟล์ Backup จะมีขนาดเล็กกว่า Standard
แต่มันก็จะใช้เวลาบีบอัดนานกว่าพอสมควรคะ
