เรื่องย่อ
ไม่ ว่าใครก็ตกหลุมรักได้ แม้แต่ซอมบี้ ถ้าเขายังคงมีหัวใจ ? พลอตเรื่องแบบนี้ใครได้ฟังก็พูดเป็นเสียงเดียวกันว่า เป็นไปไม่ได้ แต่ ผู้กำกับ โจนาธาน เลวิน เถียงว่าได้สิ โดยเขาจะทำให้คนดูรู้สึกอุ่นไปกับความรักของ ซอมบี้ที่เรียกตัวเองว่า R ที่รับบทโดย นิโคลัส ฮอลท์ หนุ่มหน้าใสจาก a boy ใน Warm Bodies ให้ได้ หนุ่มน้อย R ต้องกลายเป็นซอมบี้ทั้งที่ยังไม่มีแฟน วันหนึ่งเขาได้ความทรงจำของความรักจากเหยื่อรายหนึ่ง และได้ตกหลุมรัก มนุษย์สาวสวยที่ชื่อ จูลี่ ถึงแม้ว่าหัวใจของ R จะหยุดเต้นไปแล้ว แต่วินาทีแรกที่เขาได้เห็นหน้า จูลี่ มันทำให้ R รู้สึกถึง เหตุผลของการอยากมีชีวิตขึ้นมาเป็นครั้งแรกนับตั้งแต ่เขาได้ตายไป
