Mr.Go เล่าเรื่องราวของ เหว่ยเหวย (ซูเจี๋ยว) สาวน้อยชาวจีนอายุ 15 ต้องใช้ชีวิตอยู่ร่วมกับ หลิง หลิง กอริลล่าของคุณปู่เจ้าของคณะละครสัตว์หลังจากที่ท่าน เสียชีวิตไป ด้วยความรักในการเล่นเบสบอลของคุณปู่ ทำให้ หลิง หลิง ไม่ใช่แค่ลิงยักษ์ธรรมดา แต่มันคือกอริลล่าแสนรู้ที่มีความสามารถพิเศษในการเล ่นเบสบอลอย่างน่า อัศจรรย์ เรื่องราวได้ไปเข้าหู ซองชุงซู (ซองดงอิล) แมวมองนักกีฬาเบสบอลเข้า ทำให้ หลิง หลิงได้เป็นกอริลล่ายักษ์ตัวแรกที่ได้ลงแข่งในแมทช์เ บสบอลระดับประเทศของ เกาหลีและกลายเป็นซูเปอร์สตาร์ไปในทันที จนทุกคนต่างพร้อมใจกันเรียกมันว่า มิสเตอร์โก ซึ่งด้วยพละกำลังอันแข็งแกร่งและความสามารถของเจ้ากอ ริลล่ายักษ์ ทำให้ไม่มีคู่แข่งทีมไหนที่หยุดมันได้เลย แต่เส้นทางของความสำเร็จก็ไม่ได้โรยด้วยกลีบกุหลาบเม ื่อทีมคู่แข่งก็จัดหนัก ใส่ โก ด้วยการส่ง กอริลล่ายักษ์ที่มีพรสวรรค์อีกตัวมาลงสนามแข่ง พร้อมกับอาการบาดเจ็บของมิสเตอร์โกที่เริ่มเกิดขึ้น
