The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III เกมแนว Action - RPG โดยภาค 3 นี้ จะเป็นบทสุดท้าย การผจญภัยของ พ่อหนุ่มนักล่า Van Helsing เรื่องราวของเกมจะเกิดขึ้นในเมือง Borgovia หลังจากจบสงครามกลางเมือง เมืองนี้ก็มีแต่อาชญกร สงครามระหว่างฝ่ายต่างๆ และทางศาสนา และ Van Helsing จะต้องออกไปตามล่าอดีตพันธมิตรของตนที่ตอนนี้กลายเป็ น Archvillain ผู้น่ากลัวไปซะแล้ว ในขณะเดียวกันก็ต้องเปิดโปงความลับอันดำมืดของเมือง Borgovia ไปด้วย นอกจากนี้ผู้เล่นจะยังจะได้รู้ประวัติ Lady Katarina คู่หูปากมอม ของ Van Helsing และเช่นภาคที่ผ่านมา ตัวเกมยังจะมี Tower-Defense เป็นมินิเกมให้เล่นเช่นเดิม
