PLOT

เรื่องราวของสองเพื่อนรักที่เดินทางค้นหาความหมายของ ชีวิต, ความสับสน และค้นหารักแท้ สก็อตตี้ (คีอานู รีฟ) หนุ่มที่มีครอบครัวเพียบพร้อมทั้งฐานะ แต่กลับชอบใช้ชีวิตข้างถนนค่ำที่ไหนก็นอนที่นั่น ส่วนไมค์กี้ (รีเวอร์ ฟีนิกซ์) หนุ่มที่ผูกชีวิตไว้กับการเป็นผู้ชายขายตัวแลกเงินแล ะ ความสุข เพื่อทุกสิ่งที่เขาอยากลืม และสก็อตเองก็ขายตัวเพื่อเงินด้วยเช่นกัน ทั้งสองเดินทางไปทั่วเมืองต่างๆ เพื่อตามหาแม่ของไมค์ ไมค์รักสก็อตแบบหมดใจ เนื่องจากสก็อตช่วยเหลือไมค์มาโดยตลอด แต่ที่ไอดาโฮ สก็อตเองก็พบกับความรักที่เขาถอนตัวไม่ขึ้นกับผู้หญิ งต่างถิ่น ส่วนไมค์เองก็กลับมามีอาชีพเดิมที่เขาไม่อาจเลี่ยงมั นได้ ผลงานชิ้นสำคัญของ รีเวอร์ ฟีนิกซ์ นักแสดงหนุ่มผู้ล่วงลับไปแล้ว
