เรื่องย่อ
อีกเพียง ก้าวเดียวเท่านั้นจอมมารซาตานก็จะครอบครองโลกได้อยู่ แล้วเชียว แต่เขากลับโดนผู้กล้าโค่นลงเสียก่อน จอมมารจึงต้องกระเสือกกระสนหนีไปยังโลกต่างมิติและมา ลงเอยที่เมืองซาซาสึกะ จังหวัดโตเกียว ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เรื่องที่จอมมารคิดจะทำตอนอยู่ญี่ปุ่นก็คือ การครอบครองโลก!!! ซะเมื่อไหร่กันล่ะ คือการทำงานพิเศษในร้านเฟรนชายส์ของร้านอาหารฟาสต์ฟู ้ดชื่อดังหน้าสถานี เพื่อเก็บเงินเป็นค่าครองชีพต่างหากล่ะ หรือพูดง่ายๆ ก็คือเริ่มชีวิตแบบฟรีเตอร์นั่นเอง! แถมตอนนี้ ผู้กล้าเอมิเลียที่ไล่ตามจอมมารทะลุมิติมาก็ยังต้องม าทำงานเป็นโอเปอเรเตอร์ ต่อสู้กับสภาพเศรษฐกิจของญี่ปุ่นอีกต่างหาก สองคนนั่นต้องมาเจอกันอีกครั้งที่ญี่ปุ่นแล้วคง!? เรื่องราวแฟนตาซีแบบบ้านๆ ของจอมมารที่ใช้ชีวิตแบบฟรีเตอร์ ทำงานจนเหงื่อหยดติ๋งๆ มีอพาร์ทเมนท์ห้องเดียวขนาด 6 เสื่อเป็นปราสาทจอมมารชั่วคราวก็เปิดฉากขึ้น ผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัลเหรียญเงินจากงานประกวดนวนิยายเ ด็งเกขิครั้งที่ 17 ปรากฏตัวแล้ว!
