เรื่องย่อ
ค้าโครงเรื่องนี้นำมาจากซีรีส์เกาหลี เรื่อง war of money แต่ดูเหมือนทางญี่ปุ่นได้เอามาเรียบเรียงและเขียนบทใ หม่ นำแสดงโดย โทมิโอะ ชิราอิชิ (ทสีโยชิ คุซานางิ ) นักเล่นหุ้นผู้มีอนาคต แถมกำลังคบหาดูใจกับ โคซุเอะ อาโออิเกะ (ฟุมิดนะ คิมุระ) สาวสวยคนหนึ่ง ซึ่งตอนนี้เป็นคู่หมั้นของเขา แต่พ่อของตนเองกลับสร้างหนี้สินเยอะแยะ กู้เงินทั้งจากธนาคารและเป็นหนี้นอกระบบ โทมิโอะ จึงต้องมาล้างหนี้ให้กับพ่อตัวเอง แต่ด้วยหนี้สิ้นที่มากเกินไป ทำให้เขาต้องหมดตัว และกลายเป็นคนไร้บ้าน ไร้ซึ่งเงินทอง

ต่อมาเขาได้มาทำงานกับไดสุเกะ อะคามัตสึ (อัตสึโระ วาตานาเบะ) เจ้าของบริษัทเงินทุน อะคามัตสึ ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่ทำให้พ่อของโทมิโอะต้องหมดเนื้อหมด ตัว บริษัทนี้ถ้าดูผิวเผินจะเป็นบริษัทที่ปล่อยให้กู้เงิ นธรรมดา แต่จริงๆ แล้วกลับมีกลเม็ดบางอย่างที่สามารถสร้างเงินได้อย่าง มหาศาล โทมิโอะจึงพยายามหาทางหาเงินจากบริษัทนี้ให้ได้มากที ่สุด แม้จะต้องทำในสิ่งที่ผิดกฎหมายก็ตาม

อยู่มาวันหนึ่งเขาได้พบกับ มิโอะ คอนโนะ(ยูโกะ โอชิมะ) ลูกสาวของครูในสมัยม.ปลาย ผู้เคยมีพระคุณต่อเขา มิโอะ คอนโนะกำลังเป็นหนี้ก้อนโตจากความซื่อบื้อของพ่อตัวเ อง เมื่อทั้งคู่ได้พบเจอกันก็เกิดความรู้สึกที่ดีต่อกัน และทันใดนั้น จู่ๆโคสุเอะคู่หมั้นสาวของโทมิโอะที่ได้เลิกลากันไปก ็ปรากฏตัวขึ้น ปฏิบัติการณ์แก้แค้นตามล่าเอาเงินคืนก็ได้เริ่มต้นขึ ้น
