เนื้อเรื่องเริ่มต้นจากที่ ฮิโร่ และ ฮิเดโอะ และ โนดะ เป็นแชมป์เบสบอล ม.ต้น สองปีซ้อน หลังจากจบการศึกษา ฮิโร่และโนดะเลิกเล่นเบสบอล เนื่องจากหมอตรวจว่า ไหล่ของฮิโร่และเอวของโนดะมีปัญหาจากการเล่นเบสบอล ทั้งคู่จึงเข้าเรียนที่โรงเรียนเซ็นคาว่าที่ไม่มีชมร มเบสบอล ขณะเดียวกัน ฮิเดโอะเข้าชมรมเบสบอลโรงเรียนเมวะไดอิจิ ที่ขึ้นชื่อเสียงทางเบสบอล หลังจากที่ฮิโร่และโนดะได้เข้ามา ช่วยเหลือกลุ่มใจรักเบสบอลที่โดนแกล้งโดยชมรมฟุตบอล และได้มาเป็นสมาชิกในกลุ่ม และภายหลังได้ค้นพบว่าไหล่ไม่ได้มีปัญหา ขณะที่เอวของโนดะก็ไม่ได้มีปัญหาเช่นกัน จึงตัดสินใจตั้งชมรมเบสบอลขึ้นมาจากศูนย์ เพื่อไปสู้กับฮิเดโอะใน โคชิเอ็ง

เนื้อเรื่องของเอชทูจะรวมไปถึง กีฬาเบสบอล ความรัก การแข่งขัน ความรักสามเส้า ความเศร้า ชัยชนะ ความผิดหวัง และกำลังใจ โดย จะเน้นที่ความรักใสใสของทุกคนในเนื้อเรื่อง
