ว่าด้วยเรื่องราวของ สเตฟานี แพทริก ที่เกือบจะตัดสินใจฆ่าตัวตายหลังจากที่ทราบข่าวว่าคร อบครัวของเธอเสียชีวิตจากเหตุการณ์เครื่องบินตก และจริง ๆ แล้วเธอควรจะต้องอยู่บนเครื่องบินลำนั้นด้วย ในเวลาต่อมาเธอรู้ว่าแท้ที่จริงแล้วเครื่องบินไม่ได้ ตกจากอุบัติเหตุ ความโกรธของเธอได้ทำให้ต้องเธอค้นหาความจริงที่เกิดข ึ้นว่าใครคือมือสังหารในเหตุการณ์นี้ และสเตฟานีคนใหม่ที่โหดขั้นสุดกำลังตกอยู่ในความสับส นระหว่างสิ่งที่เธอรับรู้ (ด้วยตัวเอง) และสิ่งที่เธอได้ยินมาจากคนอื่น...!!!
