วิธีลงแพทต้องบอกว่ายุ่งยากกว่าแพทก่อนๆ
1 ให้ลบ Folder "FileLoader" และ "Pesedit" ซะก่อน ถ้าไม่มีให้ข้าม
2 Copy ไฟล์จาก Folder DLC2.0 และ DLC3.0 ตามลำดับ ไปใว้ใน C:ProgramData/KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 2014/Download (สำหรับคนที่เคยลง DLC2.0 แล้ว สามารถ Copy DLC3.0 ไปวางทับได้ทันทีโดยไม่ Copy DLC2.0
3 ลงแพทตามปกติ (ปิด anti-virus)
4 หลังจากลงเสร็จให้เลือกอันแรกแล้ว continue
5 Copy Crack ไปลง Folder เกมส์ (รวมอยู่ในไฟล์ที่ส่งให้) (ไฟล์ rld.dll โปรแกรมanti-virusมองว่าเป็นไวรัส Exclusions ซะ)
6 เข้าเช่นและสนุกกับมัน ^_^
