แต่ความสุขก็มักจะอยู่กับเขาได้ไม่นานเพราะชีวิตและค วามปลอดภัยของชาวนิวยอร์กขึ้นอยู่กับ สไปเดอร์แมน แต่เพียงผู้เดียว
เหล่าผู้ร้ายที่มีกำลังแข็งแกร่งกว่าเขาหลายเท่า ไม่ว่าจะเป็น “อิเลคโตร” รับบทโดย เจมี่ ฟอกซ์, เพื่อนรักเพื่อนแค้นอย่าง “แฮรี่ ออสบอร์น”
ทำให้เขาค้นพบว่าเหล่าอสุรกายนั้นมีต้นกำเนิดมาจากอง ค์กรที่ชื่อ “ออสคอร์ป”!!!
