".....Planes,Trains and Automobiles (1987) หนังตลกดราม่าของผู้กำกับ John Hughes เป็นหนังที่สร้างความประทับใจเกินคาด ได้ดาราตลกรุ่นใหญ่อย่าง Steve Martin และ John Condy แสดงเป็นเพื่อนร่วมเดินทางด้วยกัน ถ้าผมจำไม่ผิดหนังชื่อภาษาไทยว่า "เพื่อนแท้แต่แปลกหน้า" เป็นหนังที่เรื่อง Due Date เอาเค้าโครงเรื่องมาดัดแปลง หนังว่าด้วย Steve Matin กำลังเดินทางกลับบ้านในช่วงวันหยุดวันขอบคุณพระเจ้า แต่เกิดปัญหาขึ้นมากมายระหว่างเดินทาง ได้เพื่อนร่วมเดินทางรับบทโดย John Condy เป็นเซลส์แมนขายของ ซึ่งแรกๆ Steve Martin ก็ไม่ค่อยชอบหน้าเพื่อนเดินทางที่แปลกหน้าคนนี้ Steve Martin เป็นคนที่มีชีวิตครอบครัวที่อบอุ่น มีลูกมีเมียรอคอยการกลับบ้านอยู่ ส่วนเซลส์แมนชีวิตไร้ครอบครัวไม่มีบ้าน และไม่มีคนที่รอคอยเค้าอยู่ โดยเฉพาะฉากจบของเรื่องสร้างความประทับใจมากครับ คงจำเพลงประกอบของเรื่องนี้กันได้เป็นผลงานของ Paul Young จากเพลง Everytime You Go Away ซึ่งเข้ากับเรื่องนี้ได้ดี....."
