นิค แคสสิดี้ (ดอล์ฟ ลันด์เกรน) ตำรวจนิวยอร์ค และ โทนี่ วิทยกุล (จา-พนม ยีรัมย์) ตำรวจไทย ต่างทำการสืบสวนคดีเดียวกันแต่จากคนละมุมโลก ภารกิจคือการจับกุม วิคเตอร์ ดราโกวิช (รอน เพิร์ลแมน) และครอบครัวในข้อหาอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ ตอนตำรวจเข้าจับกุมที่ท่าเรือนิวเจอร์ซี่ย์ นิค ฆ่า อังเดร ลูกชายคนสุดท้องของวิคเตอร์ตายโดยไม่ตั้งใจ วิคเตอร์ถูกจับกุมแต่ใช้เส้นสายทำให้รอดจากคุก ลูกชายของวิคเตอร์อีกสองคนตามจึงไปล้างแค้นนิค ด้วยการเผาบ้านฆ่าภรรยาและลูกสาวของนิคต่อหน้าต่อตา นิคเจ็บปางตายแต่รอดมาได้อย่างปาฏิหาริย์ แต่นิคไม่ใช่ตำรวจแสนดีคนเดิมอีกต่อไป บาดแผลจากไฟที่แผดเผาบนใบหน้านิค ยังไม่ร้อนแรงเท่าความแค้นที่ลุกลามในใจ ขบวนการตามล่าข้ามโลกมากรุงเทพฯ เพื่อกำจัดวิคเตอร์จึงได้เริ่มขึ้น
รี้ด (ไมเคิล ไจ ไวท์) เป็นสายของวิคเตอร์ ที่แฝงตัวมาอยู่ในเอฟบีไอ รี้ด ตาม นิค มาที่กรุงเทพเช่นกันแต่ให้ข้อมูลเท็จ ทำให้ฝ่ายตำรวจไทยนำทีมโดย โทนี่ วิทยกุล ตามจับนิค โดยได้รับการช่วยเหลือจาก มิน (เซลิน่า เจด) แฟนสาวสุดมั่นของโทนี่ ที่เอาตัวเองเข้าเสี่ยงเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ท่ามกลางการไล่ล่า รี้ดฆ่าคู่หูของโทนี่อย่างเลือดเย็นและป้ายความผิดให ้นิค ทำให้โทนี่เลือดเข้าตาตามจับนิคอย่างบ้าคลั่ง เมื่อคู่ซัดสองคนมาเผชิญหน้ากัน การต่อสู้อันดุเดือดเกิดขึ้น แต่แล้วกลับจบลงด้วยความเป็นมิตรที่สองคนต่างคาดไม่ถ ึง จากคู่ซัดกลายมาเป็นคู่หูอันตรายคูณสองจากคนละซีกโลก โทนี่ และ นิค จับมือกันมุ่งหน้าสู่จุดกบดานของวิคเตอร์ และลูกๆ โดยไม่รู้ว่าวิคเตอร์มีเซอร์ไพรซ์ที่จะทำให้บาดแผลขอ งทั้งสองตำรวจบาดลึกลงไปอย่างไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด
