เรื่องย่อ Big Momma s House
เจ้าหน้าที่ เอฟบีไอ มัลคอล์ม เทอร์เนอร์ อึด ฉลาด และเก่งกาจในการแปลงโฉม ไม่มีอะไรที่เขาจัดการไม่ได้ จับบ่อนเถื่อนน่ะหรือ ? ไม่มีปัญหา มัลคอล์มแปลงโฉมตัวเองเป็นชายชราชาวเอเชียเพื่อจัดกา รคดีนี้
ภารกิจล่าสุดของเขา คือ การแฝงตัวเข้าไปในเมืองเล็ก ๆ ทางตอนใต้ เพื่อตามรอยโจรปล้นธนาคาร (ที่ล่าสุดเพิ่งแหกคุกออกมา) ที่ดักซุ่มของมัลคอล์ม อยู่ตรงข้ามกับบ้านของหมอตำแยชาวใต้ ที่ใคร ๆ พากันเรียกว่า บิ๊กมาม่า ซึ่งกำลังจะได้ต้อนรับหลานสาว เชอร์รี่ อดีตแฟนเก่าของคนร้าย ที่เดินทางมาเยี่ยมพร้อมกับลูกชายของเธอ
มันเป็นการวางแผนง่าย ๆ แต่มีหนึ่งปัญหาใหญ่ เมื่อบิ๊กมาม่าต้องเดินทางออกจากเมืองไปอย่างกระทันห ัน มัลคอล์มจึงฉวยโอกาสนี้แปลงโฉมตัวเองเป็นหญิงชราชาวใ ต้ขี้โมโห โดยใช้เทคนิคเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ในการดัดเสียง และกิริยาท่าทางให้เหมือนกับบิ๊กมาม่า รวมทั้งการสวมชุดหญิงชรารูปร่างตุ๊ต๊ะ เพื่อประกอบกิจวัตรประจำวัน ตั้งแต่การทำคลอดไปจนถึงการเป็นสักขีพยานที่โบสถ์ประ จำท้องถิ่น
แต่เท่านี้ก็ยังไม่วุ่นวายพอ เมื่อมัลคอล์มพบว่าตัวเองกำลังตกหลุมรักเชอร์รี่ หญิงสาวที่ต้องสงสัยว่าซุกซ่อนเงินที่ปล้นมาเอาไว้ ด้วยเหตุนี้ มัลคอล์ม หรืออีกนัยหนึ่ง บิ๊กมาม่า ต้องคิดหาวิธีไม่ทางใดก็ทางหนึ่งเพื่อให้ได้ตัวคนร้า ย รวมทั้งหญิงสาว
