THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD Remake is an arcade game with the most casual controls due to the fact that the gamer does not need to move the main character, but only aim and shoot. The rail shooter is implemented in a dark horror setting that tries to sneak the player from the inside with a variety of frightening screamers with harsh sound effects. Initially, the project was made for stationary slot machines, but in the wake of success, which prompted the creators to make sequels, versions were released for several home platforms, including a personal computer.
