เรื่องย่อ

...ขอต้อนรับสู่ปี ค.ศ.1991 ชาร์ลี (โลแกน เลอร์แมน) เป็นเด็กหนุ่มขี้อายและไร้เดียงสา เขาเปรียบเสมือนดอกวอลล์ฟลาวเวอร์ มักที่จะเฝ้ามองและสังเกตุผู้คนโดยที่ไม่มีใครรู้ตัว จนกระทั่งรุ่นพี่สองคนได้รับเขาเข้ามาเป็นพวกเดียวกั น นั่นก็คือสาวจิตใจอิสระ แซม (เอ็มม่า วัตสัน) และลูกพี่ลูกน้องที่เปิดเผยทุกอย่าง แพทริก (เอสร่า มิลเลอร์) ที่ช่วยให้ ชาร์ลี ได้พบกับมิตรภาพ รักครั้งแรก การค้นพบตัวเอง และภารกิจในการตามหาเพลงที่หล่อหลอมชีวิต ในขณะเดียวกัน คุณครูภาษาอังกฤษของเขา มร. แอนเดอร์สัน (พอล รัดด์) ก็ได้แนะนำให้เขารู้จักกับความงามของวรรณกรรม ซึ่งทำให้เขาอยากที่จะเป็นนักเขียน
