Spider Lilies เป็นเรื่องราวของเด็กผู้หญิงคนหนึ่ง(เฉียวลี่) ที่แอบรักพี่สาวข้างบ้าน(ทาเคโกะ)มาตั้งแต่เธออายุเก ้าขวบ วันหนึ่งทาเคโกะย้ายบ้านไปโดยไม่มีคำกล่าวลาเหมือนกั บแม่ของเธอที่ทิ้งเธอไว้ให้อยู่กับยาย เฉียวลี่เสียใจมากเฝ้ารอว่าวันหนึ่งทาเคโกะจะกลับมาแ ต่ก็ไม่เป็นดังที่เธอหวัง จนวันหนึ่งเธอได้มาพบกับทาเคโกะโดยบังเอิญแต่ทาเคโกะ จำเธอไม่ได้เธอจึงพยายามทำให้ทาเคโกะจำเธอให้ได้
