Synopsis
การผจญภัยครั้งใหม่ของซูเปอร์ฮีโร่อันดับหนึ่งตลอดกา ล... ปีเตอร์ พาร์คเกอร์ (แอนดรูว์ การ์ฟีลด์) เด็กหนุ่มวัยรุ่นผู้แปลกแยกจากสังคมใช้เวลาส่วนใหญ่ใ นแต่ละวันกับการหาความ ลับเกี่ยวกับอดีตของเขาและเอาชนะใจ เกว็น สเตซี่ (เอ็มม่า สโตน) เพื่อนร่วมชั้นที่เขาแอบรัก จนเมื่อกระเป๋าเอกสารลึกลับของพ่อผู้จากเขาไปเมื่อคร ั้งยังเด็ก ได้พาปีเตอร์มาพบกับ ดร.คอนเนอร์ส อดีตเพื่อนร่วมงานของพ่อ ซึ่งการค้นพบความลับของพ่อครั้งนี้เองได้เปลี่ยนชะตา กรรมให้ปีเตอร์กลายเป็น "สไปเดอร์แมน" และนำเขามาเผชิญหน้ากับด้านมืดของคอนเนอร์ที่กลายมาเ ป็นปีศาจร้าย "เดอะ ลิซาร์ด"

Teenage social outcast Peter (Andrew Garfield) spends his days trying to unravel the mystery of his own past and win the heart of his high school crush, Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone). A mysterious briefcase belonging to his father, who abandoned him when he was a child, leads Peter to his dad s former partner, Dr. Connors. The discovery of his father s secret will ultimately shape his destiny of becoming "Spider-Man" and bring him face to face with Connors villainous alter ego, the Lizard.
