เรื่องย่อ

โพ (แจ็ค แบล็ค) หมีแพนด้าตัวใหญ่ยักษ์ อ้วนกลม จอมซุ่มซ่าม เป็นแฟนพันธุ์แท้กังฟู...ซึ่งไม่ได้มีประโยชน์เลยซัก กะติ๊ดในการทำงานในร้าน บะหมี่ของครอบครัว เมื่อโชคชะตาบันดาลให้เขากลายเป็นผู้ถูกเลือกตามคำพย ากรณ์โบราณแบบส้มหล่น ความฝันของโพ จึงกลายเป็นจริง และเขาก็ได้ก้าวเข้าสู่โลกชาวยุทธเพื่อศึกษากังฟู เคียงบ่าเคียงไหล่เจ้าตำนานผู้พิชิตทั้งห้าที่เขาชื่ นชม ซึ่งได้แก่ ไทเกรส พยัคฆ์เสือ (แองเจลิน่า) , เครน กระเรียนทอง (เดวิด ครอส) , แมนทิส ตั๊กแตนจอมต่อย (เซธ โรแกน) , ไวเปอร์ อสรพิษไฟ (ลูซี่ หลิว) และมังกี้ เจ้าวานร (เฉินหลง ) ภายใต้การสอนของ ชิฟู ปรมาจารย์กังฟู (ดัสติน ฮอฟแมน) แต่ก่อนที่พวกเขาจะไหวตัวทัน ไต้หลุง เสือดาวหิมะจอมโฉด (เอียน แม็คเชน) ที่ใจสุมไปด้วยเพลิงแค้นก็กำลังพุ่งตรงมาหาพวกเขา จึงเป็นหน้าที่ของโพ กังฟูแพนด้าที่จะปกป้องทุกคนจากภยันตรายที่จะมาเยือน เขาจะทำความฝันที่อยากเป็นจอมยุทธกังฟูให้เป็นจริงได ้หรือไม่ โพ ทุ่มสุดๆ กับงานนี้ และฮีโร่ จำเป็นอย่างโพ ก็ได้ค้นพบว่า จุดอ่อนของตัวเองกลับกลายเป็นอาวุธที่ร้ายกาจที่สุดข องเขา

มาบัดนี้ ชีวิตใหม่ของโป กำลังถูกคุกคามจากเหล่าร้ายที่แข็งแกร่ง ผู้วางแผนลับที่แสนชั่วร้าย นั่นก็คือ การบุกเมืองจีนด้วยอาวุธที่ไม่อาจต้านทานได้ และทำลายวิชา “กังฟู”
โป และผองเพื่อนจึงต้องเดินทางทั่วแคว้นจีนเพื่อหยุดยั้ งแผนชั่ว แต่โปจะทำอย่างไรกับอาวุธลับที่เชื่อว่าทำลาย “กังฟู” ลงได้ ทางรอดเดียวคือ โปต้องกลับไปทบทวนอดีต และค้นหาชาติกำเนิดของเค้าเอง เพื่อปลดปล่อยความแข็งแกร่งออกมา
