เรื่องย่อ
Parasyte เป็นหนังแนวไซไฟ-สยองขวัญที่ดัดแปลงจากการ์ตูนของ ฮิโตชิ อิวาอากิ (Hitoshi Iwaaki) ซึ่งถูกตีพิมพ์ตั้งแต่ปี 1990-1995 เล่าเรื่องราวในช่วงที่โลกถูกคุกคาม โดย Parasyte หรือ ปรสิต เดรัจฉาน เล่าเรื่องของสิ่งมีชีวิตจากต่างดาว ที่เดินทางมายังโลก โดยพวกมันสามารถยึดร่างมนุษย์ได้ด้วยการแทรกซึมเข้าไ ปทางรูหู หรือรูจมูกเพื่อเข้ายึดสมองควบคุมร่างกายแบบเบ็ดเสร็ จ นอกจากนั้นเหล่าปรสิตต่างดาวในร่างมนุษย์ยังมีพละกำล ังมหาศาล และสามารถเปลี่ยนอวัยวะให้กลายเป็นอาวุธอันแหลมคมอัน ตราย ในการจับมนุษย์กินเป็นอาหาร สังคมมนุษย์จึงต้องเผชิญกับการคุกคามของเหล่า ปรสิต ที่อาศัยปะปนอยู่กับผู้คนแบบแทบจะไม่สามารถแยกได้ออก เลย ซึ่งเรื่องราวในหนังสือจะมีจุดศูนย์กลางอยู่ที่เด็กห นุ่มชั้นนักเรียนมัธยม ชินอิจิ ที่โดนปรสิตเข้าแทรกซึมในร่างกาย แต่เพราะสิ่งมีชีวิตจากโลกอื่นเจาะเข้าไปทางมือของเข าจึงไม่สามารถควบคุม สมองได้ นอกจากยึดมือไปข้างเดียวเท่านั้น แต่แล้วทั้ง ชินอิจิ และปรสิตต่างดาวที่เขาตั้งชื่อให้ว่า มิกิ กลับสามารถเรียนรู้ที่จะอาศัยอยู่ในร่างเดียวกันได้ และทั้งสองต้องร่วมกันต่อสู้กับเหล่าปรสิตเผ่าพันธุ์ เดียวกับมิกิ
