เนื้อเรื่องย่อ :อนิเมะเกี่ยวกับเรื่องตลกๆรักๆในโรงเรียน เป็นเรื่องราวของนักเรียนหนุ่มปีสองที่ชือว่า Sorata Kanda เขาอาศัยอยู่ในหอพัก Sakurasou เป็นหอพักที่เต็มไปด้วยเหล่าเด็กมีปัญหามากมาย และในวันหนึ่งก็มีสาวน่ารัก Mashiro Shiina ย้ายเข้ามาอาศัยอยู่ในหอพักนี้ด้วย เธอมีฝีมือทางด้านศิลปะในระดับยอดเยี่ยม ต่อมา Sorata คิดว่าเขาควรปกป้อง Mashiro จากเหล่าพวกคนประหลาดใน Sakurasou แต่ Mashiro ก็ยังมีควาบลับที่น่าแปลกใจอยู่ด้วยเช่นกัน นั่นก็คือเธอดูแลตัวเองไม่เป็นไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจัดห้อ งหรือแต่งตัว ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นเหล่าเพื่อนๆในหอพักยังได้แต่งตั้งให้ เขาเป็นเจ้านายของ Mashiro ดังนั้น Sorata จึงต้องคอยสอนเธอให้ทำตัวเหมือนสาวน้อยทั่วไปและเรื่ องราววุ่นวายต่างๆจึง เกิดขึ้น
