อดีตนาวิกโยธินที่ปัจจุบันแก่หง่อมแถมยังมีโรคประจำต ัวเป็นถุงลมโป่งพองอีก ด้วย ส่วนภรรยาของปู่ก็นอนป่วยอาการหนักอยู่ รพ. ปู่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนอพาร์ทเม้นท์แถบลอนดอนใต้ ที่ถือว่าเป็นแหล่งเสื่อมโทรม เพราะมีแก๊งค์วัยรุ่นกวนเมืองที่ค้ายาเสพติดและยังข่ มเหงชาวบ้านอย่างคึก คะนองเป็นประจำ ซึ่งทางตำรวจก็ทำอะไรไม่ได้มากนัก ส่วนปู่เขาก็พยามยามอยู่ห่างๆ อย่างห่วงๆ ไม่อยากยุ่งหรือมีปัญหากับใคร เพราะสำนึกตนว่าหง่อมได้ที่แล้ว จน มาวันที่ภรรยาปู่จากไปโดยที่แกไปดูใจไม่ทัน ซึ่งปู่รู้สึกชีช้ำยิ่งนัก เพราะดันเลือกที่จะเดินทางอ้อมไป รพ. แทนที่จะไปทางปกติเหตุเพราะมีแก๊งค์วัยรุ่นตั้งด่านป ่วนอยู่ ส่วนเพื่อนรักคนเดียวที่มีก็โดนวัยรุ่นรุมทำร้ายร่าง กายจนตายศพไม่สวย เมื่อปู่ไม่เหลือใครอีกต่อไป ก็ไม่มีอะไรจะเสียแล้ว แกจึงลุกขึ้นมาสวมบทเป็นเพชฌฆาต
