อี.ที. เพื่อนรัก (อังกฤษ: E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial) เป็นภาพยนตร์ไซไฟ-แฟนตาซี ที่ออกฉายในปี พ.ศ. 2525 เป็นผลงานกำกับลำดับที่ 5 ของสตีเวน สปีลเบิร์ก เล่าเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับเด็กชายชื่อ เอลเลียต ที่ได้พบกับมนุษย์ต่างดาวที่ตกค้างอยู่บนโลก หลังจากยานอวกาศต้องเดินทางออกจากโลกอย่างกะทันหัน เอลเลียตเรียกมนุษย์ต่างดาวตนนั้นว่า อี.ที. พากลับมาพักอาศัยที่บ้าน โดยปกปิดไม่ให้แม่รู้ และช่วย อี.ที. สร้างเครื่องส่งสัญญาณวิทยุกลับไปในอวกาศ เพื่อแจ้งให้ยานแม่กลับมารับ และหลบหนีการตามล่าจากเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐบาล ที่ต้องการตัว อี.ที. เพื่อไปทำการวิจัยเดิมทีโครงการสร้างภาพยนตร์เรื่องน ี้ เป็นการสร้างภาพยนตร์ไซไฟ-สยองขวัญ ชื่อเรื่อง Night Skies เพื่อเป็นภาคต่อของภาพยนตร์ Close Encounters of the Third Kind โดยโคลัมเบียพิกเจอส์ สตีเวน สปีลเบิร์ก ได้พัฒนาบทภาพยนตร์ร่วมกับ เมลิสสา แมททีสัน ภรรยาของแฮริสัน ฟอร์ด โดยใช้โครงเรื่องจากจินตนาการในวัยเด็กของเขาเอง รวมถึงประสบการณ์จริง ที่เกิดในครอบครัวที่พ่อแม่หย่าร้างกันหลังจากออกฉาย ภาพยนตร์ประสบความสำเร็จเป็นอย่างสูง ทำรายได้จากการฉายในโรงถึง 359 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ เฉพาะในสหรัฐอเมริกา ทำลายสถิติของสตาร์วอร์ส ที่เป็นอันดับหนึ่งอยู่ก่อนหน้านั้น
ภาพยนตร์ถูกนำมาฉายซ้ำในปี พ.ศ. 2528 และในปี พ.ศ. 2545 ในโอกาสครบรอบ 20 ปีของภาพยนตร์ โดยมีการใช้เทคนิคคอมพิวเตอร์กราฟิก เพิ่มเติมฉากที่ไม่สามารถสร้างได้ก่อนหน้านั้น เนื่องจากข้อจำกัดทางเทคโนโลยี ในการฉายรอบปฐมทัศน์ฉบับครบรอบยี่สิบปี เมื่อวันที่ 16 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2545 ใช้วงออเคสตราบรรเลงเพลงประกอบพร้อมกับการฉายภาพยนตร ์ โดยวงลอสแอนเจลิสฟิลฮาร์โมนิกออเคสตรา อำนวยเพลงโดย จอห์น วิลเลียมส์
อี.ที. เพื่อนรัก ได้รับรางวัลออสการ์ ชนะเลิศ 4 สาขา ได้แก่
