Pawn Shop Chronicles ภาพยนตร์แอ็คชั่นกระแทกอารมณ์ขันเรื่องล่าสุดของผู้ก ำกับเวย์น เครเมอร์ ที่เคยฝากผลงานน้ำดีอย่าง Running Scared และ The Cooler ไว้แล้ว คราวนี้จะกลับมาสร้างความระห่ำอีกครั้ง กับเรื่องราวบ้า ๆ ที่นัวเนียกันสะใจจนต้องระเบิดหัวเราะให้กับความมันส ์

สามปมเรื่องราวชุลมุนที่เรื่องเกิดมาพันกันที่โรงรับ จำนำแห่งนี้ เมื่อริชาร์ด(แมท ดิลลอน) มาพบแหวนแต่งงานที่หายสาบสูญไปเป็นเวลานาน ซึ่งแฟนสาวของเขาเป็นเจ้าของแหวนและได้หายตัวไปจากกา รถูกลักพาตัว ทำให้เขาเริ่มสืบสาวเอาเรื่องกับทุกคนที่มีส่วนเกี่ย วข้องอย่างดุเดือด เพื่อชำระความแค้นที่เขาต้องเสียแฟนสาวไป

ในขณะเดียวกันแก๊งขี้เมาอีก 3 คนก็กำลังเตรียมการปล้นคลังพี้ยา นำทีมป่วนโดยรอย์ด็อก (พอล วอล์กเกอร์) แต่เพื่อนชาวแก๊งสุดบ๊องดันเอาปืนกระบอกเดียวของพวกเ ขาไปจำนำเสียได้ ทำให้ต้องรีบหาวิธีใหม่เพื่อที่จะปล้นให้สำเร็จ

เรื่องยังไม่หยุดเมื่อริกกี้ (เบรนแดน เฟรเซอร์) ชายถังแตกที่คลั่งไคล้เอลวิสอย่างเข้าเส้น อยากจะดังเหมือนอย่างราชาที่เขาชื่นชมในงานรื่นเริงข องชุมชน แต่ตัวเขาเองกลับไม่มีอะไรพร้อมเลย ทั้งถังแตก แฟนทิ้ง และเสียงอันย่ำแย่ไร้ที่ชมสถานที่เดียวที่จะนำเงินมา ให้เขาใช้ได้คือโรงรับ จำนำเล็ก ๆ แถมยังหน้าเลือดแห่งนี้เท่านั้น
