เป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับ Dr. Andover รับบทโดย Robert Englund จิตแพทย์ที่ต้องการรักษาคนไข้จิตเวชที่มีความกลัวในส ิ่งที่แตกต่างกันไป
ด้วยการใช้วิธีเผชิญหน้ากับความกลัว Dr. Andover ได้สร้าง Fear Chamber เครื่องมือที่จะทำให้คนไข้เผชิญกับสิ่งที่ตัวเองกลัว จนถึงขีดสุด
แต่วิธีนี้ก็ไม่ได้ผลกับทุกคน เมื่อเขาพบคนไข้ที่รักษาไม่ให้ก็จำเป็นต้องขังไว้จนก ว่าจะหาทางรักษาให้หายขาด

หลังจากฉายทางเว็บไปได้5ตอน ตอนนี้ก็กลายเป็นหนังแล้วและยังได้ Robert Englund กลับมารับบทDr. Andover เหมือนเดิม
นอกจากนี้ยังได้ Fiona Dourif, Thomas Dekker, Cleopatra Coleman และ Angelina Armani มาแสดงนำ กำกับโดย Robert Hall
