กลุ่มนักเรียนหญิงวัย 15 ปี 6 คนต้องทนทุกข์อยู่ในโรงเรียนประจำแห่งหนึ่ง แต่ละวันพวกเธอต้องเผชิญกับแม่ชีเออร์ซูล่า (คริสติน่า เพียเกต์) ที่ทั้งคุกคามและปฏิบัติต่อพวกเธออย่างทารุณ วันหนึ่ง แม่ชีคนนั้นพบว่านักเรียนคนหนึ่งในกลุ่มตั้งท้อง เธอรู้สึกอับอายมาก และพยายามจะชำระความบริสุทธิ์ให้ เพื่อนๆ ของนักเรียนสาวคนนั้นเห็นเธอทรมาน ด้วยความกลัวระคนโกรธแค้น ทั้งหกจึงตัดสินใจช่วยเพื่อนเอาไว้ หลังจากวันนั้นก็ไม่มีใครเห็นแม่ชีคนนั้นอีกเลย และไม่กี่สัปดาห์โรงเรียนแห่งนั้นก็ถูกปิด 17 ปีต่อมา นักเรียนสาว 6 คนนั้นต่างก็มีชีวิตของตนเอง พวกเธอสร้างชีวิตใหม่โดยไม่ติดต่อกันเลย ต่างก็หวังว่าความลับครั้งนั้นจะถูกฝังไว้ในอดีตตลอด กาล แต่แล้วคืนหนึ่ง 1 ใน 6 ของกลุ่มนั้นก็ถูกฆ่าตายอย่างโหดเหี้ยม ไม่กี่วันถัดมาอีกคนหนึ่งก็กลายเป็นศพในสภาพที่สยดสย องไม่แพ้กัน ทุกคนรู้ดีว่าแม่ชีตนนั้นกลับมาแล้ว และกำลังออกแก้แค้น ชีวิตของพวกเธอก็กำลังตกอยู่ในอันตราย ทั้งหมดจึงจำต้องกลับมารวมตัวกันอีกครั้ง เพื่อหาทางหยุดวิญญาณแม่ชีตนนี้ก่อนที่พวกเธอจะกลายเ ป็นศพต่อไป ทางเดียวที่จะหยุดเรื่องราวนี้ได้ คือต้องกลับไปยังจุดเริ่มต้น นั่นก็คือ โรงเรียนประจำแห่งนั้น อีวา (อนิตา ไบรเอ็ม) คือ สาวน้อยวัย 17 ปี ที่สูญเสียคุณแม่ไปจากการออกล้างแค้นของผีแม่ชี เธอร่วมมือกับเพื่อนของคุณแม่ และเพื่อนๆ ของเธอที่ยังรอดชีวิต เพื่อหาทางหยุดความคลั่งของแม่ชีตนนี้ แต่การออกตามหาความจริงครั้งนี้ กลับทำให้เธอได้ค้นพบอดีตอันดำมืดและน่ากลัวของตนเอง
