ตำรวจรายหนึ่งเดินทางไปพร้อมกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน เพื่อสอบสวนคดีฆาตกรรมในอลาสก้า ดินแดนที่พระอาทิตย์ไม่ยอมตกดิน ที่นั่นตำรวจสาวรายหนึ่งซึ่ง ชื่นชมในผลงานการสอบสวนในอดีตของเขารอต้อนรับอยู่ เขาเริ่มทำการสอบสวนคดีฆ่านักเรียนสาว ก่อนเดินทางมา เขากำลัง

มีเรื่องขัดแย้งกับเพื่อนร่วมงานคนนี้ เกี่ยวกับเรื่องการถูก Internal Affair สอบสวนเขาอยู่

เขาจะทำอย่างไรท่ามกลางความขัดแย้งในตัวเอง ที่ต้องสอบสวนคดีฆาตกรรมคดีหนึ่ง และต้องพยายามปกปิดคดีฆาตกรรมอีกคดีหนึ่งโดยมีคนร้าย ขู่จะแบ็คเมลล์เขา
