เรื่องราวในหนัง Scarface เริ่มต้นในเดือนพฤษภาคม 1980 ประธานาธิบดี Fidel Castro คู่กับตลอดกาลกับรัฐบาลสหรัฐอเมริกาสั่งปิดอ่าว Mariel ซึ่งอยู่ทางตอนเหนือของประเทศ อนุญาตให้ชาวเมือง 120 , 000 คนที่ต่อมาถูกเรียกว่า Mariel Boatlift อพยพลงเรือไปสหรัฐอเมริกา
ไม่แต่เฉพาะคนดีที่อยากมีชีวิตใหม่ในดินแดนแห่งเสรีภ าพ Castro ยังเปิดโอกาสปล่อยอาชญากรตัวกลั่นเดินทางไปด้วย หวังถ่ายเลือดเสียไปให้สหรัฐ และหนึ่งในบรรดากุ๊ยที่ถูกปล่อยผีในครั้งนั้นมีไอ้หน ้าบาก Tony Montana รวมอยู่ด้วย
พอถึงสหรัฐ Tony ก็ได้คู่หู Manny มาร่วมสร้างอาณาจักรบนกองเลือดด้วย แล้วเขาก็ทำสำเร็จ กลายเป็นพ่อค้ายาเสพติดผู้ยิ่งใหญ่ใน Miami เพียงแต่คนมุทะลุบ้าระห่ำอย่างเขาอยู่ในบัลลังก์ได้ไ ม่นาน ถูกหุ้นส่วนหักหลัง ถูกปิดฉากเจ้าพ่อจอมโหดที่สร้างตัวเองจากไม่มีอะไรเล ย...
