พร้อมกับยึดป้อมปราการที่แข็งแกร่งที่สุดบนภูผาพยัคฆ ์เป็นฐานตั้งมั่น ทำให้ “ผู้กอง 203” (หลิน เกินซิน) จากหน่วยรบ 203 แห่งกองกำลังปลอดปล่อยประชาชน
เดินทางมาเพื่อปราบกบฏและวางแผนยึดป้อมพยัคฆ์กลับคืน ขณะเดียวกันทางการจีนก็ได้ส่งสายลับมือดีอย่าง “หยาง” (จาง ฮั่นหยู) เข้าแฝงตัวแทรกซึมในหมู่โจร
