ใน "ไอ้แมงมุม 3" ปีเตอร์ ปาร์คเกอร์ (โทบี้ แม็คไกวร์) ต้องแบกภาระทั้งสองอย่างไปพร้อมๆ กัน นั่นคือการทุ่มเทให้กับเอ็ม.เจ.
