ชอลมิน นักมวยผู้ไร้คู่แข่งในสังเวียน แต่ปัจจุบันเขากลับมีชีวิตที่ยากไร้ วันหนึ่งเขาได้พบกับ จองฮวาสาวสวยแปลกหน้าที่ตาบอด เธอได้เปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตของเขาไปโดยสิ้นเชิง จองฮวาสูญเสียการมองเห็น เพราะอุบัติเหตุร้ายแรง เธอมักจะเงยหน้ามองท้องฟ้าเสมอ ความร่าเริง สดใสของเธอ ทำให้ชอลมินค่อยๆเปิดใจรับ ส่วนจองฮวาก็ยอมให้เขาก้าวเข้าสู่โลกที่อ้างว้างของเ ธอด้วยเช่นกัน เมื่อชอลมินพบว่า จองฮวาอาจจะตาบอดไปตลอดชีวิต ถ้าเธอไม่ได้รับการผ่าตัดในเร็วๆนี้ เขาจึงตัดสินใจทำทุกอย่าง เพื่อให้เธอกลับมามองเห็นอีกครั้ง และในที่สุด ชอลมินก็กลับขึ้นชกในสังเวียนอีกครั้ง ด้วยเงินรางวัลที่สูงที่สุดในชีวิตของเขา ซึ่งครั้งนี้มีชีวิตเป็นเดิมพัน เขาจึงไปจากเธอในทันที โดยไม่ทิ้งร่องรอยหรือแม้แต่จดหมายใดๆ จองฮวาจะสามารถกลับมามองเห็นใบหน้าของผู้ชาย ผู้ที่รักเธอสุดหัวใจได้หรือไม่ แล้วชอลมินจะเดินทางกลับมาหาผู้เป็นรักแท้เพียงหนึ่ง เดียวของเขาได้หรือไม่
