ไม่รู้ว่าวันนี้ เรารู้สึกโตขึ้นหรือเอาความเป็นผู้ใหญ่เดินเข้าโรงหน ังหรือว่าอย่างไร เหตุใดเราจึงได้พบว่า ‘มิสเตอร์แสบ ร้ายเกินพิกัด 3’ จึงดูดร็อปความสนุกลงไปจากสองภาคก่อนอย่างน่าใจหาย
เริ่มด้วยการบอกเล่าที่มาที่ไปของวายร้ายแบร็ตต์ที่เ ราไม่ถือสาอะไร ยอมรับในความเป็นแอนิเมชั่นสำหรับเด็ก และเมื่อมันหันมาเล่าเรื่องการปะทะของกรู วายร้ายกลับตัวผู้มีหัวที่ล้านเลี่ยน กับวายร้ายแบร็ตต์ เราก็ว่าหนังยังทำได้ดี พอจะมีรอยยิ้มและเสียงหัวเราะเล็ดลอดออกมาบ้าง ยังถือว่าไม่เลว แต่หลังจากหนังเริ่มพาเราไปทำความรู้จักกับตัวละครฝา แฝดของดรู หลังจากนั้น ทุกอย่างก็ดิ่งลงอย่างไม่เคยเป็นมาก่อน
