รายละเอียดเรื่องย่อ/Synopsis
เรื่องราวเกิดขึ้นในตอนใต้ของอเมริกา สองปีก่อนสงครามกลางเมือง ทาสชื่อ แจงโก้ (เจมี่ ฟอกซ์) ผู้มีอดีตอันเลวร้ายกับเจ้านายคนก่อน ได้พบกับนักล่าค่าหัวผู้ที่เกิดในเยอรมันนามว่า ดร.คิง ชุลซ์ (คริสตอฟ วอลซ์) ซึ่งชุลซ์นั้นต้องขอความช่วยเหลือจากแจงโก้ เพื่อตามล่าพี่น้องบริตเตอร์ผู้เหี้ยมโหด และสัญญาจะแบ่งค่าหัวให้กับแจงโก้ ไม่ว่าจะจับพี่น้องบริตเตอร์ได้แบบเป็นๆ หรือจับตาย

หลังจากที่ทั้งสองทำภารกิจนั้นสำเร็จ ชุลซ์จึงช่วยให้แจงโก้เป็นไท ชุลซ์เองก็ไม่ได้แยกจากไปแต่ตัดสินใจจะช่วยแจงโก้ทำภ ารกิจใหม่ คือการตามหา บรูมฮิลด้า (เครี่ วอชิงตัน) ภรรยาของแจงโก้ที่หายไปตั้งแต่มีการซื้อขายทาสนานมาแ ล้ว ซึ่งภายหลัง แจงโก้และ ดร.ชุลซ์ พบว่าภรรยาของได้ตกเป็นทาสของ แคลวิน แคนดี้ (ลีโอนาร์โด ดิคาปริโอ) เจ้าของไร่ "แคนดี้แลนด์" ที่โด่งดังเรื่องความเหี้ยมโหด ซาดิสม์ ชอบจับให้ทาสต่อสู้กันเพื่อความสนุก
