เรื่องย่อ
ทสึบาสะ โอโนะ (ทาโอะ ทสึจิยะ) นักเรียนม.ปลายปีแรกในโรงเรียนชิราโตะที่โด่งดังด้าน ทีมเบสบอลและวงดนตรีเครื่องเป่า ขณะกำลังยืนมองดูถ้วยรางวัลของวงดนตรีเครื่องเป่าอยู ่นั้น เธอได้พบกับไดสึเกะ ยามาดะ (เรียวมะ ทาเกะอุจิ) ที่ยืนอยู่ข้างๆ ซึ่งกำลังมองดูถ้วยรางวัลของทีมเบสบอลทสึบาสะบอกไดสึ เกะว่าเธอเลือกเข้าโรงเรียนนี้เพราะได้ดูวงดนตรีเครื ่องเป่าแสดงเชียร์ในการแข่งขันเบสบอลโคชิเอน ไดสึเกะเองก็เป็นสมาชิกของทีมเบสบอลปีแรกเช่นกัน เขาสัญญากับเธอว่าทีมของโรงเรียนเราจะต้องลงแข่งในโค ชิเอนให้ได้ เธอจะได้รอเชียร์บนสแตนด์ เมื่อทสึบาสะมีปัญหากับการเล่นทรัมเปต แต่ไดสึเกะคอยให้กำลังใจ ทำให้เธอเริ่มมีใจให้ และแล้วพวกเขาทั้งสองก็เดินตามฝันด้วยกัน…
