เรื่องราวของ Security จะเล่าเรื่องราวของ เจ้าหน้าที่นาวิกโยธินที่ออกจากราชการ (อันโตนิโอ บันเดอราส) หมายจะใช้ชีวิตให้หลุดจากวังวนของสงคราม และการดวลปืนในสนามรบ และเขาเลือกที่จะเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยในห ้างสรรพสินค้าเล็กๆย่านชานเมืองแห่งหนึ่ง

ต่ทว่าโชคชะตาเล่นตลก ในวันแรกที่เขาเข้างานกะกลางคืนนั้น อยู่ๆก็มีเด็กหญิงผู้หญิงมาขอความช่วยเหลือจากเขา และทำให้เขารู้ว่า เธอยู่ในโครงการคุ้มครองพยาน ในคดีที่เกี่ยวพันกับแก๊งมาเฟีย และผู้มีอิทธิพล ซึ่งในตอนนี้เธอกำลังถูกตามล่าหมายเอาชีวิต

พวกมาเฟีย ได้ส่งกองกำลังทหารรับจ้าง หมายจะปิดปากพยานเอก ทำให้อดีตนาวิกโยธินรายนี้ ต้องกลับมาจับปืน และปกป้องผู้บริสุทธิ์อีกครั้ง
