Mute คือหนึ่งในโปรเจคในฝันของดันแคนโจนส์ (ผกก.หนังไซไฟเทพๆอย่างMoon,Source Code หรือล่าสุด Warcraft) ซึ่งดันแคนใช้เวลา15ปีในการสร้างมันขึ้นมา นับตั้งแต่บทดราฟต์แรกเมื่อปี2003
หนังว่าด้วยเรื่องราวของ ลีโอ บาร์เทนเดอร์ใบ้คนนึงในเบอร์ลินปี2052 ที่เข้าไปพัวพันกับมาเฟียเจ้าถิ่นเพื่อตามหาเพื่อนที ่หายตัวไป
ซึ่งเดิมที Mute จะต้องเป็นหนังเรื่องแรกของดันแคนโจนส์ ซึ่งพี่แกก็ส่งบทนี้ไปให้แซมร็อคเวล ซึ่งพี่แซมก็ชอบมากๆและอยากเล่นบทลีโอ แต่ไปๆมาๆหนังไม่ได้สร้างซักที แต่ด้วยความติดใจในตัวแซมร็อคเวลล์
ดันแคนโจนส์เลยเขียนบทอีกเรื่องให้แซมเลย นั่นก็คือ Moon ซึ่งมันกลายเป็นหนังเรื่องแรกของดันแคนในเวลาต่อมา
ซึ่งนอกจาก Alexander Skarsgard ที่รับบทลีโอ ยังมี Paul Rudd ด้วย

Mute มีกำหนดฉายแบบสายฟ้าแลบ 23 กุมภานี้ ในเน็ตฟลิกซ์
