เมื่อ กาเบรียล คอร์เตส หัวหน้าแก๊งค้ายารายเบิ้มหลบหนีออกมาจากคุกพร้อมกับต ัวประกัน และก็กำลังมุ่งหน้ามายังเมืองโซเมอร์ตัน
ที่เป็นทางผ่านในการหลบหนีข้ามประเทศ ทำให้ เรย์ ตัดสินใจลุกขึ้นมาเพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็นปราการด่านสุดท้ าย
