เรื่องราวของซีซาร์ฆาตกรโรคจิตสุดอำมหิต เขาป่วยเป็นโรคซึมเศร้าอย่างหนัก จนชีวิตนี้หาความสุขไม่ได้ จึงคิดจะทำให้คนรอบข้างมีความทุกข์เหมือนตน ซีซาร์แอบเข้าไปในห้องพักของคลาร่า ทำการโปะยาสลบและข่มขืนเธอจนเธอเกิดตั้งครรภ์ แฟนคลาร่าเกิดจับได้จึงถูกซีซาร์ฆ่าตาย ซึ่งซีซาร์พยายามจัดฉากว่าเป็นการฆ่าตัวตาย ทว่าเด็กหญิงข้างห้องได้เห็นเหตุการณ์ทั้งหมด เธอจึงตกเป็นเหยื่อคนต่อไปของฆาตกรอำมหิตผู้นี้
