Notes: I m using the AIO Baseline v2 versions for both the Ultimate
releases and the AIO releases. Newer torrent programs will flag the Windows
Loader as a hacktool. If you don t know how to deal with false positives,
don t waste either of our time get something else.

Changes: I moved NetFx 4.5.1 redist to setupcomplete phase. It will make
the setup take 7-20 minutes longer, but I felt it was a necessary change.
This change will likely remain in effect until I stop integrating win7,
some date in the future. (No I don t have plans to stop anytime soon)
